  Annual fee requirements for all South High Band programs: Marching Band; Concert Band; Jazz Band
• Athletic Clearance
  Annual South High School requirement prior to attending any Marching Band field show.
• Medical Release
  Annual requirement prior to attending any Marching Band or Jazz band event.

• Student Funds Transfer
  Signed original document is required in order to withdraw funds from the student account and have them applied to other band activities.
